Stretch Lift Run provides a new daily workout five days a week, so there is no need to search through hundreds of workout routines trying to decide what to do; we tell you what to do and when to do it. All you need to do is log on, review the workout, and then complete it. The Stretch Lift Run workout will be tailored for you based on your equipment availability.
There is minimal equipment required – as long as you
have access to a set of dumbbells, you will be able
to perform the majority of the workouts.
