How do I access the 7-day free trial?

You must first register for the Stretch Lift Run website. After you have confirmed your registration, simply click the Request a FREE 7-day trial button.

How does the 30-day guarantee work?

You must follow the Stretch Lift Run program and complete a minimum of four workouts per week for four straight weeks. If at the end of the four weeks you are unhappy with your results, we will refund one full month’s payment.

Is the Stretch Lift Run program right for me?

If you are over the age of 18 and are looking to burn fat, build lean muscle, and improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, then yes! The Stretch Lift Run workouts can be scaled down so that just about anyone can complete them, regardless of age or fitness level. You may need to cut down on the number of sets or reps or minutes when first starting out. As you continue with the Stretch Lift Run program, your endurance and conditioning will improve so that you can work your way up to completing the full workouts.

How do I cancel my account?

Go to your settings page and scroll down to the payment information section. Click the cancel membership button.
